It's funny how you don’t realize how much you’ll miss something until you no longer have access to it. For me, one of those things is McDonald's Shamrock Shake.

If I can’t indulge in this annual minty vanilla treat in Tokyo, at least I can enjoy it in another form.

Inspired by McDonald's Shamrock Shake (and yes, I initially bought the polish solely for its name), Shamrock Shake is a pastel, neon yellow-based mint green cream with silver shimmer so fine it’s almost microscopic. It’s

a more vivid version of its namesake, bringing that unmistakable hint of spring—and a perfect pop of green for St. Patrick’s Day—to my fingertips.

The formula applies well—though the first coat was a bit uneven, the second coat helped, and the third made everything just right.

I think I’ve accidentally turned this post into a drinking game with how many times I’ve written Shamrock Shake. Anyway, if I can’t have my St. Patrick’s Day treat, at least my nails can have their moment.
